아내는 남편의 최고의 위로"하나님께서 첫 사람 아담에게 아내를 주신 장면을 볼 필요가 있습니다. 하와가 창조되기 전 아담에게는 2장 1절에서 이미 하나님께서 모든 것을 주셨습니다. 천지만물을 비롯하여 그 안에 공중에와 육축과 모든 짐승들을 주셨습니다. 이런 모든 만물들은 하나님께서 아담에게 주신 복이고 삶의 위로의 성격을 갖습니다. 그런데도 아담에게는 “돕는 베필”이 필요했던 것입니다. 그러니까 아담에게 아내의 존재란 그런 모든 피조물로도 얻을 수 없는 어떤 돕는 성격, 위로의 성격, 복의 성격이 있었다는 겁니다. 즉, 아내는 남편의 최고의 위로입니다. 욥도 마찬가지였습니다. 황소나 당나귀, 양들 종, 심지어 자식들조차도 욥에게 최고의 위로의 성격은 아니었고 아내가 바로 그런 자리였습니다. 아마 이런 의..
